    Example 1: I was in the field between Jan-Feb 2025 and all communications were taken away.  During this time, I missed payments due to inability to access communications.


    Example 2: After military separation in May of 2025, I was unable to work and awaiting my disability rating from VA.  During this time, I had no income to cover monthly expenses.


    Example 3: My spouse was hospitalized for three weeks in April of 2025 and as a result, there was a gap of income causing us to miss some payments.
